Alexandria Industries
ORB recently executed a contract as the Owner’s Representative for Alex Industries expansion projects in Indianapolis, Indiana. Equipment for the expansion was recently ordered and Alex Industries engineers are drafting plans to accommodate the new equipment. The Indianapolis project includes a 3-phase planned expansion over the next few years. This project also is the beginning of future plans to add and move equipment between their plants in Minnesota and Texas. ORB has already been engaged and commenced the planning process for the Minnesota plant.
Over the past few years leading up to the projects, ORB provided master campus planning services during which we collectively explored options for improving interior operational efficiencies and expanding the physical facility.
