Brandon Auditorium Historic Preservation
The City of Brandon retained ORB to navigate the grant application process and to prepare documents/presentations to secure the historic preservation grants.
As a result, the City was awarded a $200,000 MN Historical Society matching fund grant as well as a $90,000 Otto Bremer Foundation Grant. Upon receipt of the grants, ORB was called on to provide Construction Management services which included site supervision, contract administration, cost management, quality control, enforcing preventative safety measures and schedule implementation.
