Brenton Engineering
Currently, ORB is providing Brenton Engineering with Owner’s Representative services for a third facility expansion since 2006.
ORB was contracted in 2006 for the national headquarters manufacturing and office expansion. The addition including a pre-engineered steel building with high-tech manufacturing and production area, state-of-the-art engineering and office space, raw materials receiving building and renovation of existing office space into employee service space.
“Our challenge was to complete a 92,000 square foot expansion under an extremely aggressive schedule, while accommodating complex equipment installation and minimizing disruption to production. ORB took control of the process and was key to meeting the project challenges. On top of that, we had less than $30,000 in change orders on an over $6.0 million project – and all of them were owner-generated!”
– Scott Leauschke, Former VP & General Manager
“This was an extremely risky project for us because we were closing companies and relocating personnel – timing was absolutely critical…we needed ORB to work with a very aggressive schedule and they completed the project a month ahead of time…virtually without a hitch! our corporate CEO, Board and local President are very pleased with ORB and the entire project experience.”
– Mark Anderson, President & COO, Pro Mach, Inc.
