SunOpta
ORB assisted SunOpta with vendor equipment coordination and scheduling; construction administration and management; and cost tracking during the renovation and commissioning of their plant in Modesto, California. The new Modesto plant has brought the production of soy milk and other beverages for SunOpta from 250 to 300 million quarts per year.
In Minnesota, ORB collaborated with a local architect to establish the project goals and parameters; develop conceptual space needs and alternatives; and proposed a general scope that met the overall budget and operational requirements. Also, ORB managed the construction of the project on SunOpta’s behalf.
“ORB always has the best interest of the client in mind. They kept things focused so we could do our jobs. The project came in on-time and under budget. We’re already working with ORB on our next project.”
– Mark Tagatz, Former VP of Operations, SunOpta
