Over the past 12 years, ORB has provided Real Estate & Project Advisory services to Tastefully Simple’s leadership team on all facility related issues – master campus planning, real estate investment portfolio strategies, project-specific planning, interior and exterior upgrades, energy and operational efficiency enhancements and facility expansions.
ORB has also provided Construction Management services on all small and large projects for Tastefully Simple. Our projects include master campus planning; development and construction of the corporate operations center; server and technology expansion; new upper level offices; warehouse addition; skylight remodel and wellness center remodel.
